Does
Always step out with you Buddy (two People together).
Wear Snow Spikes for the last day summit if there is a snow.
Always wear sunshades in the morning.

Inclusion Notes:
1. Tent accommodation during the trek

6. Qualified & experienced trek Leader, Guide and Support staff
7. Hotel Stay in Manali and Kaza .( 1st day in Aru Valley & 11 days in Srinagar Boat Houses)
8.Travel to Base camp and back to Delhi (Innova, Tata Sumo, Tempo Traveller )
Exclusions:
1. Flight Tickets - Participants must book the flights by themselves. Check with us for the dates, the flights, and any other details.
2. Meals before or after trek days.
3. Any other expense that is not mentioned in the Inclusions list is borne by the participants themselves.
4. Offloading the Backpack on Horses (600/- per day )

Backpack offloading charges – If you wish to offload your backpack, there will be an additional charge for that . The backpack cannot weigh more than 9 kgs.
Transportation on Manali to Manali is available on additional Charge on request.
In order to undertake this trek, the trekkers should/must have at least one prior trekking experience in the Himalayas.
To avoid frost-bite from freezing temperatures, wear proper fitted trekking boots to keep warm
It is mandatory to carry your identification proof.
For proper blood circulation, avoid wearing thick socks or more than one pair of socks
Avoid carrying snacks and junk food.
Do not use disposable plastic water bottles, plastic-wrapped items.
Always carry a couple of pairs of thermal innerwear.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Go Buddy Adventures(info@gobuddyadventures.com).
For cancellation made 60 days prior to the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 60-30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.
