● Two-way flight airfare from Pokhara- Jomsom- Pokhara (Subject to Change and

● All Entrance fees, Boating fees in Pokhara and Guide Charge.
● Manakamana Cable Car ticket fee.

● Any expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, and telephone/fax calls.
● Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling
or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
● Any tips for drivers, hotel staff, and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
● Any other tax or service charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra &
need to be borne by you.

(A)“ACAP PERMIT” ( Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) for Foreign and Indian Nationals to
be collected from ACAP offices in Kathmandu & Pokhara.
Failing to obtain the ACAP permit at either KTM or PKR will require paying double the amount as
a penalty at Jomsom.
A copy of the passport / Voter Id and 2 copies of passport-size photos are required while applying
for the permit
Clients will have to obtain this permit on their own as agents are not entertained
Please keep in mind that the itinerary can be altered based on your preferences and travel plans. 5 % GST on Total Bill Extra. 5% Service Charges will be added to Final Bill. Have fun! 1. We strictly follow "Do Not Litter" policy. If possible we will pick up already existing garbage from the nature. 2. All necessities will be taken care by the organizer. We expect you to be flexible enough during the event. 3. Go Buddy Adventures not responsible for any accidents or injuries, loss or damage to your personal belongings or any other uncertainties during the event. 4. The participants agree to take full responsibilities and sign a letter of undertaking before the start of the event

with suggested Trip Detail & hotel reservation, which may change with prior notice to the client. Once you receive the Hotel confirmation from our staff, the client can reconfirm with the hotel for their reservation. We would Require 100% payment Before Travelling . For Cash Deposit In Current Account Pan Card Required If cancelled from 00 to 10 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged. If cancelled from 11 to 20 days before the check-in date 70% booking amount will be charged. If cancelled from 21 to 30 days before the check-in date 30% booking amount will be charged. No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs or Any Kind Of Services. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through Cheque or online transfer. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be nonrefundable.
